Ewen's Running Diary - 1998

This page is my running diary from 1998, the year I turned 41. I was working too much and not running nearly enough. There were 157 days when I didn't run. Total mileage was 2,133 km - an average of 41 km per week.

My best results during 1998 were: 100m - 15.1, 200m - 30.4, 400m - 69.4, 800m - 2:31.0, 1500m - 5:08.0, 3000m - 11:12.0, 10,000m - 43:29.0, 3000m Steeplechase - 13:22.0, 1500m race-walk - 7:38.5, 5k road - 19:45, 10k road - 41:09, Half Marathon - 1:39:26, 12k cross country 51:21.
