This page is my running diary from 1990, the year I turned 33. In September I joined Geoff Moore's group and Geoff began coaching me in October, 2 weeks before the Canberra Times 10k. There were 49 days when I didn't run. I ran 4,230 km - an average of just over 81 km per week. My best results during 1993 were: 800m - 2:20.5, 1500m - 4:52.0, 3000m - 10:27.6, 5000m - 17:51.0, 2k Steeplechase - 7:20.4, 3k Steeplechase - 12:07.2, Mile - 5:09.5, 5k road - 18:52, 10k road - 36:55, 15k road - 58:47, Half Marathon - 83:06, 12k Cross Country - 48:27, City to Surf 14k - 55:21. |
