This page is my running diary from 1994, the year I turned 37. Interesting year. When I ran more mileage my races were faster. I also ran some good short races on low mileage. Hot at 30C but low humidity. OK result. Bad left calf cramp whilst swimming after with Trevor V. Nigel ran 2:37. |
